Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on stemmusicacademy.com — LaunchPath community memberships, online courses and mentor sessions — operated by Stem Music Academy, Delhi, India. All payments are collected in INR through our secure payment gateway.

1. Memberships (Bronze / Silver / Gold)

• Memberships are pre-paid blocks — monthly, quarterly or annual.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops any future renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Because access to courses, crates, contests and Gold-exclusive content is delivered immediately on payment, fees for an active or completed period are not refundable on a pro-rata basis.

2. When we do refund

We issue a full refund of the affected payment in these cases:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Amount debited but access not activated — money left your account but your membership/course was not credited, and we cannot activate it within 48 hours of you reporting it.
• Paid mentor session not delivered — a session you were entitled to was cancelled by the mentor and we cannot offer a reasonable reschedule.
• Wrong plan charged — the amount charged does not match the price displayed at checkout (we refund the difference or the full amount, at your choice).

3. How to request a refund

1. Email stemmusicacademy@gmail.com (or WhatsApp +91 85956 21893) within 7 days of the transaction, with your registered email, transaction/payment ID and a short description.
2. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve the request within 7 business days.
3. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days of processing (timelines can vary by bank).

4. Mentor session cancellations

• Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows count as a used session from your monthly quota.
• If the mentor cancels, the session is rescheduled at no cost — it never counts against your quota.

5. In-person program fees

Fees for classroom/studio programs at our Delhi studio are governed by the enrolment terms shared at admission. Where nothing specific is agreed, the principles of this policy apply.
